    My posts are bouncing, why?

    Your posts may bounce if your social media pages are linked incorrectly. Try re-verifying your social media pages. If that does not work please contact our support department for assistance.


    I have a large list of emails to market to how do I go about doing this?

    SocialLooks.com allows you to upload your email list in a CSV format. Once uploaded you are able to email your contacts directly, or use one of our email templates to spruce up the email. SocialLooks.com mandates that all the emails being sent are to opt-in subscribers only! If you need more email credits they can be purchased by contacting our support or sales team.


    How do I monitor my brand or my competitors brand?

    SocialLooks.com has powerful brand monitoring tools, you are able to set them up under the add/edit services tab of our software. Once set-up you are able to monitor the activity and reviews of any brand, including your competition. You are also able to reply to any feeds directly from the SocialLooks software. Please watch the tutorial video "Reputation Monitoring" for more information on how to set this up.


    How do I link my social media pages?

    It is quite easy to link your social media pages to your SocialLooks account. Simply click on the Add/Edit Services button and choose the service you would like to add. Follow the instructions for set-up from there. You can also watch the video called "Getting Started" in our tutorial section.


    How do I set-up automatic Twitter marketing?

    Automatic Twitter marketing is fairly easy to set-up. There is a tutorial video on how to do it called "Keyword Marketing" If you are still having trouble please feel free to submit a support ticket to our staff.


    My Twitter account has been suspended. Why?

    Our Twitter automation software is designed to be used under Twitter's terms of use guidelines. You may not violate these guidelines. If your twitter account has been suspended you may want to change your Twitter automation settings in order to keep your account in compliance.


    How do I send a post to my pages?

    Sending a post is as simple as typing what you would like to send in the message box of the software. Once you are satisfied simply choose the profiles you would like to post to and click send to send the post out now, or click the schedule button to schedule the post for later. Please watch our "Getting Started" video for more information relating to posting.

  • Check Existing Ticket

    If you've already created a ticket and just need to check the status of that ticket, simply enter the email address you used to create the ticket below and click the button.

  • Click Here to Reset the Header

    You can customize the header by uploading two separate files.

    The background image and goes from the left side to the right side or the screen.

    The header image should contain your companies logo and anything else you wish to put on it. It will lay on top of the background image.

    The header image should be 1138 pixels wide and the same height as the background.
    Anything smaller than 1138 pixels will work as well (It centered across the top.)
